The Akupanel combines modern aesthetics with acoustic performance. Each panel features fifteen slats backed with a Resonance Acoustic panel and faced with a premium wood veneer for a warm, refined look. The same veneer used on the panel face can also be purchased separately to complement and extend your design.
Crafted from PET polyester fiber, MDF, and wood veneer, the panels are available in 9 natural veneer finishes and 15 profile-wrapped colors. Measuring 600mm x 2400mm (20mm thick), Akupanel provides excellent sound absorption with an NRC of 0.87, reducing echo and improving acoustic comfort.
The PET backing is made from 50% recycled plastic and is fully recyclable. Panels can also be treated post-manufacture to meet Class A fire rating standards.

Akupanels are also available with profile-wrapped slats for a seamless finish with no exposed MDF. Please note that profile-wrapped options must be treated post-manufacture to achieve a Class A fire rating.
