Sine Outputting Tessellations (SOT) is derived from a mathematical formula that produces a controlled, rhythmic surface pattern. The design features a carving depth of 0.5 inch and is produced on panels with a minimum thickness of 0.75 inch. The pattern repeats every 12 inches perpendicular to the pattern direction and 48 inches parallel to it, ensuring a consistent and continuous visual flow across adjacent panels.
Standard panel dimensions are 48 inches by 96 inches. Custom panels are available up to 48 inches by 120 inches, with all extended configurations “forced matched” at each seam location to maintain alignment. The pattern can be oriented in either vertical or horizontal direction, depending on project requirements.
Panel layouts must be provided prior to fabrication to achieve accurate forced matching and optimal pattern continuity.
